We are a premier 202-bed, sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. We are located in Plainview, NY – conveniently situated just minutes from the Northern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway, just off the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.

Central Island Healthcare acquired new management in 2005 and has undergone extensive renovations that have enhanced our ability to serve our patients and their families. We are proud to offer the incorporation of exceptional, high-level care together with a beautiful home-inspired setting.
